KOGI FOUNDATION TEAM (KOFOT) CONGRATULATES H.E GOVERNOR-ELECT ALHAJI ODODO USMAN AHMED, & DEPUTY, THE APC AND THE GENERAL LEADER, ALHAJI DR. YAHAYA ADOZA BELLO CON -

_Issues A Statement_ 

The leader of Kogi Foundation Team (KOFOT), a registered and recognized support group by the Ododo-Joel Campaign Council, Comrade Dayo Onibiyo, has described the victory of the Governor-Elect, Alhaji Ododo Usman Ahmed (OUA) as devine, defined and people oriented.

In a Press Release issued by the group and signed by Comrade Onibiyo and the Publicity Head, Hon. Samson Ebute for the group , has expressed it's joy over the victory of the party's flag bearer, whose triuphm at the poll, is by the people, from the people  and clearly for the people of Kogi state and the nation at large.

The group described the chartered accountant's victory as a charter from humanity, signaling the death of ethnictism and it's final burial rites.

KOFOT observed critically that, the story of the victory can never be meaningful or complete without mentioning, referencing and appreciating the leadership of the APC in the state, in person of the able, dynamic and visionary Governor, H.E Alhaji Dr. Yahaya Adoza Bello CON, whom it described as the engine room and the propelling main factor that tidied the victory.

The group therefore, called on the Governor elect to ensure that, everyone is brought together for the good of the state, irrespective of their party, ethnic or religious background, stating that election is over and time for governance beckons.

KOFOT, enjoined the Governor elect to ensure that the synergy between him and the outgoing Governor of the state is not only sustained and maintained but oiled regularly for cordial and progressive strides, to an extent that the state will get the better always.

Comrade Onibiyo Dayo, said KOFOT's understanding of this election is simply capped as "people have risen above parochial gingoistic ethnic agenda and has embraced unity and developement."

"We therefore, appeal passionately, to the party to use performance SCORE SHEETS as standard in appreciating them as they have sounded and charged before the election, when the time  to reward comes and that every group that has worked hard be well patronized and complemented."
