I, Captain Danlandi Afubu, express profound gratitude to Governor Usman Ododo for allocating 25% of federal fertilizers to Bassa Local Government Area, a gesture that matches the allocation to Ibaji LGA. This recognition of our agricultural potential is truly appreciated.

As we strive for comprehensive development, we humbly appeal for investments in critical infrastructure, including roads and electricity, to unlock our area's revenue-generating potential.

Beyond agriculture and fishing, our region boasts untapped tourist attractions, natural resources, and minerals, offering vast opportunities for economic diversification and growth.

Furthermore, we respectfully request consideration for Bassa to produce the next House of Representatives member in the upcoming elections, a seat we last held in the 1990s under the late Honorable Isaac Jimba. This opportunity will enable us to contribute meaningfully to the state's legislative process.
