*EFTAI Commends Kogi Government Move With FRSC On Accidents, Insists Felele Deserves Special Attention...

The Enough of Felele Trucks' Accidents Initiative (EFTAI), has commended the new move by the FRSC to address the issue of accidents in Kogi State, but insists it is not a solution to Felele's peculiarities, stating that, it requires structural adjustments to beat the gradient cog into and out of the town.

In a statement signed by the ED Public Matters, Aishat Muhammed, the group, said it's a re-awakening move for the state to engage the FRSC to do its job and through a new strategy, which is yet known to the public, while EFTAI advice that, such strategic innovations should be made user friendly and public engaging.

EFTAI noted that, the campaign to stop Felele accidents enters it's 40th day today Saturday 31st of May, 2025, and will surely continue until it gets the needed constructive attention, appreciating the fact that on the 39th day, Kogi State Government made a general statement, which is encouraging.
